■ Korea Trade Insurance Corporation (K-SURE, www.ksure.or.kr) announced that, on Wednesday, August 22, it held the “K-SURE Gwanghwamun Forum“ in Seoul with more than one hundred participants from the overseas projects financing industry.

○ With stagnating market demand from the overseas project market, the business of Korean construction companies are expected to be further weakened.

○ To address such challenges, K-SURE invited Korean plant constructors, ship builders, financiers and representatives of related institutions to share their market information and business experiences, exploring ways to promote Korean companies’ business overseas in the global project market.
